At every type of spiritual get-together, should there be services that the Lord Jesus Christ provides?

What services could there be?

"Who wants to be saved by Jesus?"

That's one kind of service He wants to give John 6:37-40 to unbelievers who seek the truth. Jeremiah 29:13; John 3:1-2; Acts 8:26-34; 16:25-30; 1 Timothy 2:3-4; Hebrews 11:6

"Who wants to be baptized with the Holy Spirit?"

That's another service Jesus offers. Luke 24:49; John 1:29-34; Acts 1:4-5, 8; 2:1-4, 14-18; 8:14-17; 9:17; 10:44-47; 11:15-17; 19:1-7

"Who wants healing of any kind?"

Jesus is the healer. Matthew 4:23-24; 8:14-17; 15:30-31; Luke 4:17-21; 7:21-23

"Who needs to be delivered from oppression?"

That's still another service from the Lord Jesus Christ. Mark 1:23-27; Luke 4:41; 13:11-13, 16; Acts 10:38; 1 John 3:8

QUICK and COMPLETE SERVICE

Businesses usually don't want their customers to stand or sit without being served quickly, if possible.

"Will not God bring about justice for His elect who cry out to Him day and night?

Will He continue to defer their help?

I [Jesus] tell you, He will promptly carry out justice on their behalf." Luke 18:7-8

The Father's business Luke 2:46-49 gives total salvation for spirit, soul, and body. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20; Ephesians 5:23, 25-27; 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24

Shouldn't this be offered when people come together? 1 Corinthians 11:18; 14:26

Otherwise, there may be a form of godliness but LACK His power to change people. 2 Timothy 3:5

If meetings don't demonstrate that the Lord Jesus Christ is alive, has the keys of death and hell, Revelation 1:17-18 and is the same yesterday, today, and forever, Hebrews 13:8 wouldn't they be missing a KEY component?

SPIRITUAL HUNGER

Do we desire to have the Lord watch over His word Isaiah 55:10-11; Jeremiah 1:12 and confirm it with signs, wonders, and miracles? Mark 16:20; Acts 14:3; Hebrews 2:3-4

Don't we long to see His ministry as He serves us through the Holy Spirit's demonstration and manifestation? 1 Corinthians 2:4-5; 12:7-11

Or are we satisfied with business as usual with salvation "on paper" in the Bible but not FULLY experienced by those who want it from the Savior?

Isn't it our choice to believe or not believe? Matthew 13:58; Luke 8:50

So He [Jesus] could not perform any miracles there, except to lay His hands on a few of the sick and heal them.

And He was amazed at their unbelief.

And He went around from village to village, teaching the people. Mark 6:5-6

We DON'T want Jesus to say,

"Where is your faith?" Luke 8:25

Instead, we can grow our faith. Luke 17:5-6; 2 Corinthians 10:15; 2 Thessalonians 1:3

And ADD to it. 2 Peter 1:5-8

So, because He has said that He will never leave us nor forsake us, Matthew 28:20; Hebrews 13:5

we might say,

"Lord, you WILL find faith in me on the earth. Luke 18:8

Show Yourself alive by many convincing proofs." 2 Chronicles 16:9; Acts 1:3

Your thoughts?
