Should we be mindful of the details of life?
It's the little foxes that spoil the vineyards. Song of Solomon 2:15
The Bible tells us to know the state of our flocks, herds, or other financial assets because riches aren't forever. Proverbs 27:23-24
Does the God Who created the heaven and the earth Genesis 1:1 care about the little things?
Two sparrows cost only a penny, but not even one of them can die without your Father knowing it. Matthew 10:29
God even knows how many hairs are on your head. So don’t be afraid. You are worth much more than many sparrows. Matthew 10:30-31
Is He compassionate toward His creation?
Look at the birds in the air. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, but your heavenly Father feeds them. And you know that you are worth much more than the birds. Matthew 6:26
And why do you worry about clothes? Look at how the lilies in the field grow. They don’t work or make clothes for themselves. But I [Jesus] tell you that even Solomon with his riches was not dressed as beautifully as one of these flowers. God clothes the grass in the field, which is alive today but tomorrow is thrown into the fire. So you can be even more sure that God will clothe you. Don’t have so little faith! Matthew 6:28-30
Does anyone care about widows?
The Lord will tear down the proud person's house,
but He will protect the widow's property. Proverbs 15:25
Religion that God accepts as pure and without fault is this: caring for orphans or widows who need help, and keeping yourself free from the world's evil influence. James 1:27
Does anyone care about all of the lonely people?
God sets the lonely in families, He leads out the prisoners with singing;
but the rebellious live in a sun-scorched land. Psalm 68:6
But God, Who comforts the discouraged, comforted us by the arrival of Titus... 2 Corinthians 7:6
Maybe we feel insignificant; we're too little for anyone to notice or care about.
Brothers and sisters, look at what you were when God called you. Not many of you were wise in the way the world judges wisdom. Not many of you had great influence. Not many of you came from important families. But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise, and He chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. He chose what the world thinks is unimportant and what the world looks down on and thinks is nothing in order to destroy what the world thinks is important. God did this so that no one can brag in His presence. 1 Corinthians 1:26-29
