"I'm not religious, but spiritual."

Statements like these are fairly common.

Some love organized religion and what it means to them.

Others hate it for what it has done to them.

"Too many scandals, hypocrites, rules, demands, and formality. I don't see the purpose in being religious."

What about you?

Are you a spiritual person but not following an organized, and as some say, human-made religion?

Does our spirituality allow us freedom to be who we are?

Does it have any requirements?

Does being spiritual help us to be kind, caring, truthful, and other qualities that most consider worthwhile?

Your thoughts?
