Do spiritual people make mistakes?
If so, do we admit it when we realize or are told that we've made an error or sinned?
Do we confess our shortcomings to others quickly?
What about the failings of those we live or work with?
Do we mentally lock them into negative categories --
Loser, Lazy, Pushy, Hard to please?
We've placed the burden on them to prove to us that they've changed.
And, maybe we haven't even told them that they've disturbed us in these ways.
How can they then act differently if they don't know about their weaknesses?
Further, is it possible that we've misinterpreted their words, tones, or actions?
Can we give people, including ourselves, unearned favor, forgiveness, and unconditional love?
If these pour from us and to ourselves when we fall short, is this an indication of good spirituality?
Your thoughts?
