Praying with yourself

Do you pray?

Do you think that spiritual people should pray?

To whom or what should we pray?

Are there some kinds of prayers that wouldn't get a "Yes" answer if someone or something were to respond?

In other words, if we prayed in certain ways, asking for this or that, would we be in effect, praying with ourselves, NOT praying in a legitimate, spiritual relationship with a higher power?
