Savior?

Are you the Savior of the world? John 3:16-17; 4:39-42; 1 John 4:14

Are you the Healer? Matthew 4:23-24

Are you the Deliverer? Mark 1:23-27

Are you the Baptizer with the Holy Spirit? Matthew 3:11; John 1:32-34

Are you the Good Shepherd? John 10:11

Are you the Great Shepherd of the sheep? Hebrews 13:20

Are you the King of kings and Lord of lords? Revelation 19:11-16

Did you wash people from their sins in your own sacrificial blood? Hebrews 9:11-12; Revelation 1:5

Are you the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world? John 1:29

Are you the Bread of Life? John 6:48

Are you the Door? John 10:7

Are you the Way, the Truth, and the Life, the only Way to God the Father? John 14:6; Acts 4:11-12

Do you have the Name that's above every name? Ephesians 1:21; Philippians 2:9-11

Are you the Mediator of the New Testament? Hebrews 9:15

Did you bear in your own body the sins, sicknesses, and diseases of the world? Isaiah 52:13-15; 53:1-12; 1 Peter 2:24

None of us can answer, "Yes" to those questions, can we?

WHAT ARE WE?

Paul wrote,

What do you have that you've not received? 1 Corinthians 4:7

John the Baptist said,

"A person can receive only what is given them from Heaven." John 3:27

Have we been born again through personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ? We can be. John 3:3, 16; Acts 16:31

Are we then members of the body of Christ? Romans 12:4-5; 1 Corinthians 1:27

Is each a part? Ephesians 4:16

If yes, then you and I each are SOMEBODY!

We have value. Matthew 12:12; Luke 12:24

What else?

Jesus said that with the same love that God the Father loved Him, He has loved us. John 14:21; 17:26

Paul wrote that the person who is JOINED TO THE LORD is one spirit. 1 Corinthians 6:17

NO SECOND TEAM

Followers of the Lord Jesus Christ have been positioned by God the Father.

They're on the FIRST TEAM.

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Romans 8:1

And if the Spirit of Him Who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, He Who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit, Who lives in you. Romans 8:11

The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are God's children. Romans 8:16

And those He predestined, He also called; those He called, He also justified; those He justified, He also glorified. Romans 8:30

What then shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? Romans 8:31

But because of His great love for us, God, Who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in our trespasses.

It is by grace [undeserved and unearned favor] you have been saved!

And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus. Ephesians 2:4-6

LET THE DAY DAWN 2 Peter 1:19

"You're smiling because?"

"I've realized that I'm JOINED to the Lord Jesus Christ, the Shepherd and Protector of my life. 1 Peter 2:25

He's also the Savior, Healer, Deliverer, Holy Spirit Baptizer, Good Shepherd, Great Shepherd, King of kings, Lord of Lords, Lamb of God, Bread of Life, Door, Way, Truth, Life...I've run out of breath."
