Take My yoke

To share a workload with someone is often applauded.
"We're a team," people like to say.
When it's genuine and work IS divided equally based upon skills and experience, it seems that more can get done.
Two are better than one,
Because they have a good reward for their labor.
For if they fall, one will lift up his companion.
But woe to him who is alone when he falls,
For he has no one to help him up.
Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm;
But how can one be warm alone?
Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him.
And a threefold cord is not quickly broken. Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
However, it's also true that sometimes we feel that OUR tasks are more than others.
We experience that our work is harder and the pressure to perform is greater than what others with similar roles face.
Among believers, there's a truth written by Paul --
Each will bear their own burden.
Each one should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to someone else, for each one should carry their own load. Galatians 6:4-5
No one else can do exactly what you can do.
We can rejoice in this and learn to accept that we have value and maybe especially so in spiritual things.
Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain. 1 Corinthians 15:58
But it's not all about just you, is it?
Paul wrote again, Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ. Galatians 6:2
Believers can work together.
In the Spirit, 2 parts are joined together as a what? A joint.
Each part of the body of the Lord Jesus Christ is to do their part, "according to the effectual working in the measure of every part." Ephesians 4:16
When we speak the truth in love, we can grow up into Him in all things, Who is the head, even Christ: from Whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplies. Ephesians 4:15-16
Yes, but, someone may say, "I still feel that I'm overburdened."
We've all been there and some of us still are.
We may feel cheated; shortchanged by life in various areas.
One Scripture may be more important for us than others.
Consider the title of this post: Take My [Jesus] yoke.
Jesus said, "If you are tired from carrying heavy burdens, come to Me and I will give you rest. Take the yoke I give you. Put it on your shoulders and learn from Me. I am gentle and humble, and you will find rest. This yoke is easy to bear, and this burden is light." Matthew 11:28-30
The One Who created all things, John 1:1-3, 10; 1 Corinthians 8:6; Colossians 1:16-17; Hebrews 1:2 the Savior of the world, 1 John 4:14 the King of kings and Lord of lords, Revelation 19:16 said that He was gentle and humble and would share the load with each, IF we join with Him.
As we take His load-bearing equipment upon ourselves, we, too, can be gentle and humble.
We can't lose.
What can we say about all this? If God is on our side, can anyone be against us? God did not keep back his own Son [Jesus], but He gave Him for us. If God did this, won't He freely give us everything else? If God says His chosen ones [believers in Jesus Romans 3:21-26] are acceptable to Him, can anyone bring charges against them? Or can anyone condemn them? No indeed! Christ died and was raised to life, and now He is at God's right side, speaking to Him for us. Romans 8:31-34
