A person's name is usually selected by their family.

In some cultures, it's based on factors such as tradition or spiritual beliefs and practices.

For some, our name isn't only our first name and last name we're called by.

Instead, our name refers to our character, authority, and power that we demonstrate in our lives.

Do you think it might be more important for others to see and know these attributes of our name rather than our first and last names?

They may forget these but IF divine fruit is seen in us, that may be worth remembering as good examples of spirituality.

Our name then becomes a mirror that reflects the life we live in public and private times.

God the Father is quoted in the Bible as saying this --

Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver him:

I will set him on high, because he has known My name. [character, authority, power] Psalm 91:14

The name of the LORD is a strong tower: The righteous run into it, and is safe. Proverbs 18:10

How can we get knowledge of His name?

I [Jesus] showed what You [God the Father] are like to those You gave Me from the world. They belonged to You, and You gave them to Me, and they have obeyed Your teaching. John 17:6

I [Jesus] gave them [first disciples] the teachings You [God the Father] gave Me, and they accepted them. John 17:8

All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for showing people what is wrong in their lives, for correcting faults, and for teaching how to live right. 2 Timothy 3:16

My Father has given Me [Jesus] all things. No one knows the Son, except the Father. And no one knows the Father, except the Son and those whom the Son chooses to tell. Matthew 11:27

Jesus answered, I am the way, and the truth, and the life. The only way to the Father is through Me. John 14:6
