When does your heart rejoice?

Therefore you now have sorrow; but I will see you again and your heart will rejoice, and your joy no one will take from you.

For many of us, we'd like to feel happy more than we do, right?

Unfortunately, life has its ways to destroy happiness.

Can our spiritual hearts, our innermost being, actually rejoice?

This would be different from just "being happy."

To have joy and tap into it so there's an outburst, a rejoicing is what is meant by "heart rejoicing."

Could we have this several times each day?

Something to seek, don't you think?
