A senior citizen who looked about 30 years younger than her age was asked how she did it.

"Forgive. Let things go."

Is forgiveness a choice as some believe?

Or is there a spiritual part of forgiving that goes beyond this?

Have we been forgiven of mistakes, errors, sins, and foolishness?

If not, then it may be difficult to give unconditional forgiveness to others.

How can we obtain forgiveness and give it to others, including ourselves?
